Meteora
An experimental project by the Lab. This is an app where users can create avatars and customize their appearance. Meteora had various social mechanics: a feed with short videos, chats, adding friends, and dating
Daiting
We added dating mechanics to the app with familiar swipes and likes. To encourage monetization, we limited the number of likes: when the “hearts” ran out, the user was offered a subscription.
Additionally, we implemented a gift system for internal currency, which gave users more ways to show interest.
This approach increased engagement and ARPPU through subscriptions, and gifts became an additional source of revenue.

Short video feed
In the photo booth section, users could customize filters, masks, add lip-sync animations, music, and publish videos — essentially, an analogue of TikTok or Reels, but with avatars.
This feature increased engagement: users began returning to the app more often, sharing videos with friends, and attracting new users.
